Returns and Replacements

Returns Policy

 

Did you know that  DreamFavors.com  allows 10 business days to return your full order and we DO NOT charge restocking fees? 

Unlike many of our competitors, we are upfront to our Customer's about our return policy and do not hide a short return window or high restock fee within our site.  We want our Customer's to be satisfied with Their order

  • You have 10 business days to return your order
  • NO RESTOCK FEE
  • We do not accept partial returns (you must return the full quantity ordered)
  • Refunds will be less shipping and handling. Shipping costs back to the warehouse(s) is customer’s responsibility.  This may mean sending to multiple warehouses if you order items from multiple locations.
  • NO CLAIMS ON SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS
  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please email us at Info@dreamfavors.com to receive return authorization and return instructions.  All returns must be packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials and be the entire quantity ordered. We do not accept partial returns.  We do not accept cancellations/returns on orders that are personalized (unless there is an error made by us).

You must contact us for return instructions and return authorization.  If you do not contact us prior to returning items, we will not accept the return.  We thank you for your understanding.

 

Replacements

All claims for damaged, defective, or missing products must be filed with Dreamfavors.com Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order.
Including your name, order number, and specific details will help expedite the replacement process.
Please understand that no one at Dreamfavors.com intentionally sent you a damaged or defective product, and sometimes that these things happen. 
We're here to help, and we have found that nice emails usually get their replacements processed the same day! Please email our customer service department at info@dreamfavors.com.
As all items shipped come with tracking and/or delivery confirmation, Dreamfavors.com is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier.
However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party.
Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
